About
Blaise Danio is an artist and studio principal creating site-specific works for luxury hospitality, global brands, and public institutions. Working across painting, sculpture, large-scale installation, and custom backdrops, her practice transforms architectural space into immersive visual environments that are at once bold and considered.
Danio trained at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University before relocating to New York, where she built her foundation working within the city's fine art world — including MoMA PS1 and Sotheby's — and spent formative years assisting internationally acclaimed artist Michele Oka Doner. That grounding in both institutional fine art and rigorous studio practice shapes every commission she undertakes.
Her studio operates between Los Angeles and Mexico City, bringing a cross-cultural perspective to each project. Clients include Canopy by Hilton, Lululemon, United Airlines, and the NFL, with work spanning hotel interiors, brand activations, public installations, and private commissions across the United States and internationally.
Blaise Danio Studio is available for commissions by inquiry.
